After living here for 11 1/2 months, I finally decided it was time to go get an Iowa Driver's License and License Plates, as well as register to vote. So, yesterday I headed to the DMV. I was fully prepared to spend the better part of the day on this task (something I had learned from dealing with the Arizona DMV). But, much to my surprise, I was in and out of both places within 15 minutes! Had I known it would be so easy, I would have done it months ago!Friday, March 14, 2008
