How exciting for Beagle lovers everywhere (including me) to see Uno, a 3-year-old Beagle, win Best in Show at Westminster! Bailey and I tuned in to watch the finals and cheered right along with the crowd at Madison Square Garden. (Well, I cheered; she was napping!) Uno showed America all the best things about these dogs - they are lively and reliable with huge personalities!It's funny how life works. Bailey has been in my life for nearly 8 years; I found her as a stray outside my place of work and, although, I tried, I could not find her family. Their loss turned into my treasure. She is the best little dog, the best companion I could ever wish for. I am truly blessed to have her in my life!
